This annual activity is designed to systematically evaluate the execution of our action plans from the previous fiscal year through the use of clearly defined performance milestones. By analyzing the collected data, we aim to identify execution gaps, surface best practices, and reveal opportunities for operational improvement. The insights gained will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and prioritization of initiatives for the upcoming fiscal year (FY2026), enabling us to build on what’s working and strategically address areas that require greater focus.

2025 Project Management Training
June 4-5, 2025, and June 18-19, 2025
The goal of this training is to equip team members with the essential skills and knowledge needed to contribute to project success actively. Whether they are leading a project or supporting its execution, participants will learn how to break down tasks, establish realistic timelines, collaborate effectively with others, and maintain alignment with the overall project objectives. The training will also focus on enhancing participants’ ability to assess current project statuses, identify challenges, recognize bottlenecks, and determine areas for improvement or necessary adjustments to the project plan.
Becoming an Effective Person - Habits and Behavior

This program equips employees with the mindset and behavioral tools needed to become more effective individuals in both life and work. Through a deep dive into personal identity, it focuses on developing key habits, behaviors, and mindsets that support meaningful relationships, responsible actions, and positive results in both personal and workplace settings. Participants will learn how to align their behaviors with desired outcomes and build stronger interpersonal dynamics that lead to high performance.
