UGEC 2025 CHRISTMAS PARTY

United Graphic Expression Corporation employees gathered for the UGEC Merry Striped Christmas Party on December 19, 2025, held at the UGEC parking lot. The celebration began with a Thanksgiving Mass followed by the opening remarks from the company Executive.

The event featured exciting activities including a raffle of major prizes, intermission numbers from the guest band, a buffet dinner for all employees, and special recognitions such as the Star of the Night, Perfect Attendance awardees, and the Eco Parol Making Contest winners. The evening concluded with a lively party and live band, bringing joy and camaraderie to the entire UGEC family.

This annual activity is designed to systematically evaluate the execution of our action plans from the previous fiscal year through the use of clearly defined performance milestones. By analyzing the collected data, we aim to identify execution gaps, surface best practices, and reveal opportunities for operational improvement. The insights gained will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and prioritization of initiatives for the upcoming fiscal year (FY2026), enabling us to build on what’s working and strategically address areas that require greater focus.

2025 Project Management Training

The goal of this training is to equip team members with the essential skills and knowledge needed to contribute to project success actively. Whether they are leading a project or supporting its execution, participants will learn how to break down tasks, establish realistic timelines, collaborate effectively with others, and maintain alignment with the overall project objectives. The training will also focus on enhancing participants’ ability to assess current project statuses, identify challenges, recognize bottlenecks, and determine areas for improvement or necessary adjustments to the project plan.
