MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
On behalf of our Board of Directors, top management, and shareholders,
I greet one and all a happy 37th anniversary.
We celebrate this year’s anniversary with plenty of achievements to be proud
of and thankful for. When I started as your President starting in fiscal year
2023-24. I found an organization that is just waiting to harness its latent and
undiscovered energies to propel it to greater heights. At the start, my short-term.
The goal was to keep our “corporate ship” stable from the ill effects of the
COVID pandemic. We embarked on organizational changes and management
engineering to stabilize our corporate state of affairs. The results were impressive
as we were able to immediately gain promising and positive outcomes in our
Commercial Operations.
Banking on our successes & after gaining more useful and practical insights about what our business is, where it is, and where it is going, we launched our first strategic management exercise and encapsulated it in our call to action – REBOOT, REFRESH, RE-ENERGIZE, REBOUND. These action verbs were made to impact our organizational condition and operation as a company, requiring the cooperation and commitment of all our managers and employees. And the result was a stupendous job where more positive outcomes have been realized in financial and operations activities. For fiscal year 2024-25, buoyed by our massive successes and executing correctly our chosen strategies and action plans, we visualized to LEVEL UP from our promising past performances. And level up we did because by the end of this fiscal year, our operating and financial outcomes are now in real positive territory.
These results, impressive as they are could not have come at an opportune time to hail and celebrate our company’s 37th founding anniversary today. We have many to thank for. Our management, our employees, our customers, suppliers, and of course our board of directors and shareholders who have given their full support to achieve these outcomes. Certainly, we thank and offer all of these to our Almighty God for keeping us in His love and mercy and guide us to the right path. It is also as nice moment to re-launch our updated corporate website to enhance our connectivity and
continue to strengthen our relationships with all our stakeholders through this digital platform. I encourage one and all to get engaged by visiting and revisiting this website for inspiration and memories.
We look beyond this anniversary with the confidence and hope that as we continue to exert all our efforts together in a committed fashion, more will come and more will be achieved for the benefit not only of our company, but also for your own benefits as well. Congratulations and thanks to all.
